Do you meet the definition of Tasmanian Farm Business as specified within the Program Guidelines? * Required
Are you classified as a primary producer by the Australian Tax Office? * Required

Do you have an annual sales turnover (revenue generated) of $5 million or less? * Required

A financially viable entity is one that is: not under external administration, been appointed a liquidator, and/or being wound up, dissolved or trading insolvent.
Can you confirm that the Project will be completed within 6 months of the Grant Agreement being signed? * Required
Can you certify that the suitably qualified professional completing the audit(s) is not a related party? * Required
A related party is a person or an entity that is related to your business: A person or a close member of that person's family is related to your business if that person has control, joint control, or significant influence over the business or is a member of its key management personnel.
